I am the youngest of five siblings. My parents always prioritized raising us with strong moral and ethical values — above all else, respect for others. I am deeply grateful for the upbringing I received, because I’ve come to realize it has been the key that has opened every door in my life.
I entered the real estate world in 2009, approaching my 30s and out of work, when I was given the opportunity to explore the property market. I’ll be honest — my first motivation had nothing to do with service or helping others. It was about self-improvement and family pride. At that age and in that situation, being unemployed wasn’t a good look.
From the very first day, I was hooked. It didn’t take me long at all to say: “Thank you, God — this is exactly what I want to do and how I want to build my life.”
I quickly recognized that I had the right qualities to succeed as a real estate agent: sincerity, honesty, loyalty, a strong work ethic, the ability to connect with people, a willingness to learn, optimism, attention to detail — and above all, a genuine desire to grow and become a better person. What was I missing? Knowledge. And from that moment on, not a single day has passed in nearly 12 years without learning something new.
The first thing I began studying — and still study today, because of its profound importance — was: Why real estate? What does real estate really mean to a person? In exploring those questions early in my career, I came to understand that a property is not just concrete and steel. A property is family well-being. It’s fulfillment. It’s a dream realized or still on the horizon. It’s security. It’s the economic foundation of a family. Early on, I had the privilege of understanding, deep in my heart and through the values my parents instilled in me, that this opportunity was bigger than my own advancement. I had the chance to grow by helping others grow. From that realization came a phrase that some of my clients know well:
“I’m sorry — I won’t sell you that one. If you want it, you can buy it directly. But I’d rather walk away from the commission and sleep at night.” — J.E.
On May 19, 2011, as a co-founder, we established MR. HOME Asesores Inmobiliarios, with the conviction that extraordinary service begins with honesty, integrity, and respect. As General Manager, I’ve had the privilege of being part of the development of dozens of new real estate professionals — every one of them grounded in strong ethical and moral values. They are the embodiment of a deeply held aspiration: to bring professionalism and integrity to this industry.
Over the years, I have dedicated my career to my own growth and to developing some of the finest agents in the market, investing hundreds of hours in courses, workshops, and professional training. I have consistently been the Top Producer throughout our company’s history — but nothing has brought me more satisfaction than watching my colleagues grow.
My specialty is twofold: residential properties for families seeking to protect their assets, find security in a quality home, and improve their quality of life in the greater metropolitan area; and investment properties for those seeking strong returns, long-term wealth building, retirement planning, and financial freedom. For both, I offer a powerful, tailored business approach that consistently exceeds expectations.
I am outgoing, passionate, competitive, loyal, honest, driven, detail-oriented, and deeply sociable. I think big, I don’t give up easily, and I believe wholeheartedly in the power of genuine friendship and lasting relationships.
My passion?
1. MY FAMILY — Husband to Elizabeth, father to Gael and Alex, son of Miriam and Napoleón, brother of four, uncle to many, and godfather to two.
