My name is Mayra Villanueva. From a young age, I’ve always been highly independent — strong-willed, hardworking, and determined to achieve whatever I set my mind to. I love to travel, dance, and spend time with family and friends.
I was born in Lima, Peru, and have lived in the Dominican Republic since 2007. In 2015, I officially became Dominican — and I love this country, because it’s where I found my greatest blessing: my FAMILY.
I have a degree in marketing and over 4 years of professional experience. I’m now a full-time real estate agent with my Mr. Home family, and I feel genuinely happy and grateful for the incredible support I’ve received and the wonderful people I’ve met along the way.
My specialty in real estate is advising individuals and families looking to purchase their first or second property — whether move-in ready or under construction — in the main neighborhoods of Distrito Nacional. My greatest satisfaction is helping people find their next home, always with the quality, dedication, and honesty that define my work — because I know and truly understand that this is one of the most important decisions in their lives.
