I am the youngest of five siblings. My parents always sought to educate us above all in morals and ethics, in respect for others. I am enormously grateful for the family upbringing I received, because I have noticed that it has been the key that has opened all doors for me.
I entered the real estate world in 2009, almost at 30 years old and unemployed. I received the opportunity to venture into and learn about the real estate market. I must acknowledge that my first motivation was not about service or collaboration; my first motivation was: Personal advancement and family pride, since at that time and age, unemployment did not make me look very good.
Fascinated—that is how I have felt every day in this industry since I discovered it. It did not take me a single day to say: “Thank you, God, this is exactly what I want to do and what I want to live from.”
I quickly realized that I had great qualities to succeed as a real estate agent: Sincere, honest, loyal, hardworking, conversational, a good learner, optimistic, attentive to details, and very importantly, eager to grow and become a better person. What was I missing? Knowledge, and from that moment on, not a single day in almost 12 years have I stopped learning, learning, and learning…
The first thing I began to study, and due to its great value I still study: Why a property? What is a property for? And by studying the answers, early on in the market I understood that a property is not rebar or concrete blocks; a property is family health, it is fulfillment, it is a dream realized or to be realized, it is security, it is the economic core of a family. Thus, early on I had the opportunity to know in my heart and in the values my parents taught me that the opportunity was greater than my personal advancement. I had the opportunity to advance myself by helping others advance themselves. From there a phrase known by some of my clients was born:
“Excuse me, I will not sell you that. If you want, go and buy directly, but I prefer not to collect that commission and sleep peacefully.” J.E.
On May 19, 2011, as co-founder we created MR. HOME Real Estate Advisors, with the conviction that extraordinary service begins with truth, integrity, and respect for what belongs to others. As General Manager, I have had the opportunity to be part of the development of dozens of new real estate agents, ALL grounded in ethical and moral values, and that is what they are—the pride of a great desire to bring professionalism and respect to the real estate market.
Over the years I have dedicated my career to training myself and training the best real estate agents, with hundreds of hours in courses, workshops, and certificate programs. In sales I have been the Top Producer throughout our history, but I have enjoyed even more the growth of my colleagues.
I specialize in properties for families (homes) who are interested in protecting their assets, who seek the security of a good roof over their heads, who want quality of life for themselves in the metropolitan area; and for investment (economic return), for those seeking profitability from their financial resources, who want to secure their economic assets, who are organizing their retirement plan, who seek quality of life and financial freedom. For all of you, I have a powerful business plan that will exceed your own expectations.
I have an extroverted personality—passionate, competitive, loyal, honest, responsible, numerical, sincere, sociable, conversational. I always think big, I am bad at giving up, and very confident. I firmly believe in friendship and in the value of good relationships.
My passion?
1. MY FAMILY: Husband of Elizabeth, father of Gael and Alex, son of Miriam and Napoleón, brother of four, uncle of many, and godfather of two.
2. MR. HOME: All the people who comprise it, who give their hearts to provide the best service and who every day strive for their best version.
3. MR. HOME: Its contribution to society and to the real estate industry. We have been firm in our decision to add value to our industry, always complying with ethical and moral values, respecting agreements, and above all, valuing the client and changing their perception of the real estate broker.
What I care for most about myself is my reputation and my legacy, always protecting the pride of my children, my family, and the people who follow me, as well as the memory of my father.
Among my hobbies are: Reading, coffee, traveling, playing almost any board game, sharing with my family and friends, and oh! of course, answering all of Gael’s questions.
